Additionally, we also have programs focusing on individuals 40y/o and over looking for self-defense and fitness instructions. Available training for ages 18 and over as well as women's self-defense and teens 15 years and over. Check out our Programs section for other available programs.
For long distance students or individuals with busy life schedules, we offer Monthly 3-4 hr Training Programs to fit your training needs. This training will be credited towards ranking and certifications.
Come and train with us personally in our private Dojo. We welcome and give special attention to beginners and those with little to no experience in self-defense training. We are committed in developing every individual to gain the confidence they need and gain the tools to protect themselves and their loved ones.

Martial Zapata began training in martial arts when he was a teen. He holds the rank of Senior Full Instructor in Contemporary Jeet Kune Do and Filipino Martial Arts, Senior Full Instructor in Military Edged Weapons under Sigung Paul Vunak founder of Progressive Fighting Systems, trainer to the Navy Seals and top student of the legendary Guro Dan Inosanto. Martial is one of the few Senior Training Officers for Progressive Fighting Systems and promoted to PFS West Coast Regional Director of Operations. He has trained in self defense mixed martial arts namely: Muay Thai, Kali/Escrima, Kenpo Karate, Wing Chun, and Boxing. He currently holds the rank of Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Martial Arts Hall of Famer, Professor Barry Jenkins Sr, President/CEO of Warrior Martial Arts LLC. Sifu Martial is a proud member of Jiu Jitsu Global Federation an association created by Master Rickson Gracie.
Luke Zapata began his martial-arts training at four years old. He has trained in Kenpo Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Contemporary Jeet Kune Do and FMA Filipino Martial Arts. He competed and won in traditional Katas. Additonally, an active competitor in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has placed and won gold multiple times. Luke also has extensive training in Kali (edged and blunt weapons) as well as Thai Boxing.

We do not aim to be the next prize fighter or MMA world champion. We are here to help every person to be better than they were yesterday. We cater to a reality base martial-art and adapt to every individual’s capabilities. We provide the tools to equip every individual to become a hard target of violence, increase their confidence, courage and strength to protect themselves and their loved ones. We encourage the regular 9-5pm working individual, mom, dad, teen to come and train with us. We will show you only what works and not waste your precious time. Our programs do not require years of training and experience. We offer only the best and battle tested techniques that was taught to various government agencies like DOD, FBI, CIA, DEA, US Navy Seals, multiple Law enforcement agencies etc. these programs are now available and catered to the common civilian to confront violence with simple and effective techniques. Our self defense programs are based on the philosophy of Contemporary Jeet Kune Do which include Kali/ Escrima/FMA (Edged and Blunt Weapons, Dumog, Panuntukan), Muay Thai, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Savate, Wing Chun, Tai Chi, Rapid Assault Tactics, etc. techniques were chosen based on their usefulness, efficiency and realism. This includes head butts, knees, elbows, biting, eye gouging, sticks, clubs, machetes etc. We believe that when violence confronts an individual, he needs everything in his arsenal to survive the confrontation and go home to his loved ones. We specialize in Private, Semi- Private, Small Group Instructions as well as Seminars and Certifications. All by appointment only or weekly for Instructor Training Programs.
